  • International orders : Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 9-11 business days.
    Note: Shipping times may vary due to factors like holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

9. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, it’s processed immediately to ensure quick delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. However, if you have any issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

10. What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love what you’ve ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return/exchange policy.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return/exchange requests can be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • For returns, we offer a full refund to the original payment method, and for exchanges, we will ship the new product free of charge.
